WRS588FIHZ00 Whirlpool Refrigerator - Replaced ice maker and water valve but still no ice

I have replaced both the ice maker and the water valve still no ice. I ran test 44, ice maker cycles stops upside down in the dump position. I have not had ice maker with this kind of delay. Ice maker eventually returns to home position no water. After several attempts of running test 44 eventually did let water into ice maker. Left the refrigerator over night still no ice also getting 23 code after running test 44.

Some of these side by sides have had issues with wires getting cut under the freezer door.

Remove your bottom kickplate grille, You HAVE TO REMOVE the black wire harness LOOM too, broken wires can be underneath it.
