I have a WRT311FZDB00 and the freezer gets cold, but not cold enough to feeze anything. The fridge gets cold , but it could be lot colder also. The compressor runs and its warm to the touch. The condensor fan is working. I can feel the evaporator fan in freezer blowing air. I have pulled back off and condenser coils are clean. I have replaced the start relay
