There was ice in the original ice maker but was not ejected. Jumped t-h then water valve opened. Left it overnight saw new ice but still not ejected. The temperature was 22 degree in ice tray. The fan on the back is working but the damper was in open position that allows the fan blowing the cold air into the fridge, not the ice maker. Checked the resistance between red and blue on the damper motor got 87kohms. Red and yellow no continuity. Manually covered the damper so that the cold air from freezer could go to ice maker. Waiting for the report of temperature in ice tray. Not sure if the damper motor is bad or how to reset the damper...

I'm attaching your tech. data sheet below.

DO--->Service Test - 37 Ice Box Thermistor
The board will check the resistance value of the thermistor and display the results on the RC Temp display.
(01 = Pass, 02 = Open, 03 = Short)

Here's the ice maker for your model:

Thanks Jake. After manually blocked the damper last night, ice maker is making some ice now but the temperature in ice tray is still 22 based on the tenant's report. Went ahead ordered new ice maker with harness and the damper assembly. I believe the diagnose last night for 37 had 01 result. Will do it again before install the new ice maker...

Installed new ice maker with wire harness and damper wed night. Fan is turning and could feel cold air goes into fridge after the installation. Set the freezer temp to -3 still no ice after 24hrs. Noticed the new ice maker on/off switch does not have much free play and the metal wire bend could prevent it from turned off...

Before replaced with the new one, while manually blocked the damper, the temp in ice maker still was 22 based on tenant and that refrigerator thermometer was shredded by ice auger so I had no idea about the real temp in there, but did see ice in the mold.

Checked the freezer, heard the evaporator fan turning and did not see any blockage...

What should I check next?

Ok, if its always at 22 degrees it will never make ice period.

Tell the tenant to put a freezer thermometer in the freezer and tell us what the freezer temp reads, if that's also at 22 degrees then you need to check to see if the fan in the freezer is running and remove the back panel inside the freezer and take a photo of the freezer evaporator coil and upload it here because we need to see the frost pattern on it.
