FIXED WSF26C2EXW01 COMPRESSOR AND CONDENSER FAN NOT RUNNING

I have a fridge that stopped cooling. No ice on coils. The evap fan is running. the compressor and condenser fan are not. Tested for voltage at the compressor. When the unit kicks in, the meter goes us in the positive then down in the negative and then evens back out to zero. I also attached a 2 in one and of course, without power the compressor didn't kick in.

You will need a normal multimeter to see if your getting 120 volts at the compressor start relay when the compressor should be running.

This is the one I use, and its very inexpensive:

If you get no 120 volts then your control board is bad, as that controls the condenser fan motor too.
