I have a beloved Bosch AXXIS+ condensation electric dryer WTA3510 that stopped tumbling.
I opened it and found the (small) blower belt had split, and which had knocked off the (large) drum belt. That little belt needs replacing!

I obtained a replacement blower belt but the motor spindle goes straight through from the back of the machine, where the motor is, TO the front of the unit where it also drives a condenser fan. None of that appears removable.

How the heck do I get this new belt on? Do I somehow remove the drive motor in back? or somehow remove the bearing assembly fit into the front of the chassis? Either way seems like a near-complete disassembly of the dryer down to its base just to replace this little belt.

Help? Can someone guide me or tell me something clever I haven’t thought of yet?

Boom! Page 33 had the answer - the motor is a press fit and with gentle prying can slide out the back. I was 99% there but could progress no farther until I got your manual. Now my dryer is tumbling again. Thank you! 🙏🏻

PS - do you have a link to the manual for the Bosch AXXIS+ washer WFR2460UC?

You have a Bosch WTA-3510US dryer, right? I have a customer with a WTA-3510US/13 that appears to be missing the two 15 amp fuses that are supposed to be part of line cord terminal box at the rear upper right. Does your machine have two black fuse holders - they on the opposite side of the terminal box from the cord?

Take a look at Bosch service manual page 40 to see what the terminal box should look like. If these fuse holders are missing, this is a serious safety issue; no way Underwriters Laboratories listed this appliance without them. In the dryer's service manual page 40, the warning sentence "NOTE: Fuse holders for SC-15 15A fuses aren’t available and must be bought locally." tells me these devices are important, but we (Bosch) couldn't be bothered to import them from the USA to install them on our German assembly line, so you figure out where to get them, or even discover they're missing in the first place. I can hardly believe Bosch could be so stupid as to intentionally delete the fuse holders off the production version after UL approved the prototype. I guess they haven't yet been sued for megabucks by American personal injury lawyers.
