Hello, I've been trying to fix my machine for around a month now with little success and would appreciate any help. I originally had more error codes, but a new control board fixed all of them besides the remaining F7E1 code. I've already replaced the capacitor, shift actuator, and clutch assembly kit. I have yet to try replacing the drive hub because I'm not sure that's the issue, but let me know if I'm wrong. The wash plate doesn't move freely until the shifter is in agitate mode. I'm able to spin the basket with either the wash plate or the clutch kit from underneath the washer. My unit also has the drive hub that requires the spanner wrench to remove, not the usual plastic hub that has the removable clip.
The washer will sense, fill, and drain, but it will not agitate or spin so my clothes aren't getting cleaned and they're still soaking wet after a cycle finishes.
I also have to manually progress the cycle by pressing the start button after it hangs on the agitate/spin mode.
I'm at a loss and a point where if it turns out to be an issue with the motor or gearcase then I'll just buy a working used machine since it would be significantly cheaper than buying those parts.
If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it.
Here's a video of what I'm experiencing while running a calibration on my washer -
