Getting a loud screeching noise when it first starts to spin and when it finishes spinning. Very loud and annoying will post video in a few. I have replaced hub cause the washer wouldn't spin and took off the washplate to make sure it wasn't my problem. Still getting very loud screeching noise.

Is there a recalibration process or might I have other issues?

I started by first changing splutch but I just put original back on looked fine and teeth were different on other one I put on. So put original back on rotated by hand no noise unlike other one I purchased. Ran a drain and spin cycle heard it slightly on start of spin but nothing when finishing. So good start now running load and hoping for the best. If not might need a new gear case is what I'm thinking

I put original suspension rods back in and no more issues. No idea what's going on but I'm sure tomorrow will bring something new

You never mentioned you replaced the suspension rods, That would have been good to know.
