Replaced drum suspension kit as I have read that is the problem no question. I still can't do a load without horrible off balance banging and jumping then add water and try again. My water bill is going up like crazy please help. What else can I check? It seems better than it was with the new springs but still gets crazy.

Where did you get them at? If amazon or ebay, they are aftermarket and won't work. They need to be OEM.

Ok, yes you will see a huge difference once you get the new OEM one installed.

Jake thank you for your help and direction. Ordered the kit you mentioned and this washer is working like brand new again 4 loads later and still no off balance issues. You are the man!
