We've had this washer for a few years and only had to previously replace the door lock. We've recently encountered an issue that the unit powers up but nothing happens when you press the start button. We are noticing the "How to wash" options are automatically changing from Quick to Cold to Deep Water as well.

We've tried unplugging to see if that would help reset but still have the same issue. Also noticing that the "add garment" is missing from the panel lit up as well. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated and not finding a similar issue previously posted. Unit is not providing any error codes either. Thanks,

I'm attaching your tech. data sheet below.

Read Page 11 where it says Won’t Start Cycle.

Check connections between main control and UI.
Check connections and continuity between main control and UI.
User Interface problem. See TEST #4: Keys and Encoders, page 17.
Main Control problem. See TEST #1: Main Control (ACU), page 14

Its possibly the Console assembly, I've been seeing alot of these go out here in my area when it does this same thing yours is doing.

Thanks for the direction, Jake. Attached is the picture of the board of the control unit. Does this look like damage to you? UI connector passed continuity and not finding any other damage. Passed Test #1 also.
