Large oven won’t heat bake or broil (small oven and cooktop works fine). Temperature will go to 115, no higher. The thermal switch ohms to zero. Oven temp sensor is at 1100 ohms Kinda at a loss. Any help would be much appreciated.

But for arguments sake les go with ZDP484NGP4SS. I would love some help troubleshooting this thing if possible.

The model number tag should be inside the oven door or down at the very bottom of your unit on the bottom frame. I didn't know you were just looking at the receipt only.

Then you will see a link that says: How to find a model number.

This looks like your service manual for that model: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BzvgAyLTSh14VWZFRzFFLTZic0k

Page 71 starts the Diagnostics and Service information to assist you in troubleshooting it.

Page 74: See if you can get a failure code to pull up.

Thanks,

F7 is a shorted key error, are you having problems with your touchpad on the control panel?

Your large oven uses a hidden bake element, here it is for your model: Bake Element WB44K10026

I'd first ohm test that to see if its good. Turn the breaker off to your range first!

Page 61 62 and 63 tells you how to access the hidden bake element.

When you pull the bake element out you may see the coil broken on it, if so, then there's no need to ohm test it, just order the new one I posted the link to.

No problems with the control knobs (model has no touch pad)

Ohm test is at 45.5 for first element and 52.5 for the second. I didn’t pull it I just tested the ohms.

FYI neither the broiler nor the bake works it isn’t just a bake issue!

Thoughts????
thank you!!!

Ok,

Then we are basically down to the oven relay board being the culprit. Page 60

J20 on the oven relay board should read 240 volts between L1 and L2.

Here's the oven relay board for your model:

Then that's the part you need to order and replace.

245 Volts IN and 0 volts OUT means its bad.
