Would love some help determining if this fire is from the relay board assembly or just a bad connector that needs to be replaced. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It looks like the board failing to me. The connector may now need to be replaced too.

Just the terminal failing shouldn't cause such fireworks, just heat discolouration of whatever it was attached to.
