My refrigerator is stuck at 25 degrees F and won’t go any higher. I was able to turn off the bottom controls for the vegetable drawer. Everything on the shelf above those drawers and down is frozen. The freezer seems to be working as is the ice maker, however, the drinking water dispenser is not dispensing water. The compressor at the top of the fridge is running very hot. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That machine uses an inverter compressor. They run at room temperature or just above room temperature so if it's hot, there's a problem with either the inverter, main board or compressor. First make sure the condensor coils are clear and the condensor fan motor is working. Check for 120 VAC across the two larger wires going to the inverter and 3 - 6 VDC across the two smaller wires. Remove power from the machine and disconnect the inverter from the compressor. Measure the resistance of the compressor windings. You should have the same resistance, 6-11Ω between any two pins. It's common for inverters to fail.

Sounds like the compressor is running constantly or maybe at the wrong speed which could be a board problem. A signal voltage from the main control board (J15 connector ) lower than 5 VDC indicates a faulty main control board.
