I have a ZISS420DRISS GE monogram Freezer -4F Ref 42F. I noticed the damper door is shut close and bottom fan behind chill draw will not start. I have tried to put the Monogram in diagnostic mode by pressing the 4 buttons at the same time but it beeps and temp will not change. I have unplugged the device still doesn't let me start diagnostic mode. I was able to open the damper a bit the let the freezer air in the ref overnight. Please let me know what I should do. I am a novice and don't have a OLMs reader. In the ref on the top left corner was condensation.

Then its possibly either the HMI/temp control board part WR55X10159 which is no longer available or the main motherboard.

Rick @rickgburton is the expert on these build-in models, but he's been out sick for awhile and I don't know when he will return. I very little experience with build-in models, so hopefully another tech or member that's seen this problem and fixed it can shed some light on this issue.
