Hello members,
Hope you're all doing great.
I've got a ZISS480DXASS GE monogram side by side. Freezer works and is cold but it varies in temperature in 3-5 day cycles. Today's at 2 degrees and 3 days down it'll be at 14. Couple of days later down to 5, and so on. Fridge maintains the correct and steady temperature.
Any ideas what may be happening? (It's been going on for a while now).

I'd ohm test the freezer thermistor, its #389 here: Parts for GE ZISS480DXASS: Freezer Section Parts Its located behind #846(temperature sensor grille).

You can ohm test it in a glass of ice water, waiting at least 5 minutes, then it should read about 16.3k ohms.
